Wendy graduated with honors from Tulsa University and began a career in sales with Proctor and Gamble. Her extensive sales training enabled Wendy to begin a successful career in Real Estate. After only three years in the Real Estate profession she opened her company Reddy Real Estate Inc. 2010 marks its seventh successful year.

Wendy ranks in the top 1% of all Realtors in the Greater Lynchburg area selling an average of seventy homes annually. She attributes her success to her continued commitment to excellence. Wendy and her sales and administrative team work diligently to stay abreast of the market conditions and convey their findings to the client. As a result of this commitment, 40% of her business is repeat and referral clients.

A native of Rochester, Minnesota, Wendy has resided in nine states and two foreign countries with a total of 24 relocations. With this kind of life experience, she understands the buyers need to purchase wisely for the best price in the current market. She also understands the perspective of a home owner when they need to sell their home for top dollar in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of hassle.
